His full name is Nguyen Qui Tam.
He was born in 1963 in Hue city, Vietnam.
He graduated from Hue Fine Arts College in 1994.
He is one of members of Hue Fine Arts Association.
He got The award for encouragement of exhibition for student of National artist held in
Hanoi in 1994 when he was in school time.
