Architectural elements such as communal houses and pagodas, along with images of dragons, lotus flowers, incense burners, drifting smoke, folk dances, and village festivals, are vividly portrayed in his paintings, leading viewers back to their cultural roots. These elements define Hung Khuynh’s distinctive artistic style.

Through the use of silk, oil painting, rhamnoneuron paper, ink drawing, and lacquer, combined with vibrant colors, Hung Khuynh expresses the simplicity, sincerity, and lively rhythms of traditional village life.

The images and artistic traits in his works are unique and original. They evoke familiar melodies played anew, creating fresh impressions and emotional resonance.

His paintings convey not only color, form, and composition, but also a profound soul and deep philosophical spirit.
