PHUC AN artist’s biography:
Phuc An born in 1970, in Tieàn Giang Province (Southern Vietnam)
- 1993 : graduated from the Art High School
- Member of Tien Giang Literature Art Association
- Member of Mekong Art Club and HCMC Art Association
