Works

Q. Are the works framed?
A. If works come framed, this will be indicated on the artwork's page, with details on the framing style according to the artist's recommendation. The cost of these frames will also be indicated on the artwork's page.

Q. Are these artworks from the secondary market (i.e. second-hand)?
A. No. All artworks are from primary galleries or come directly from the artists.

Q. Can I buy an unlisted artwork by an artists whose other works are on sale?
A. We may be able to arrange your order. Please feel free to contact us.

Q. I haven't quite made up my mind yet. Can you reserve the art work for me?
A. We cannot reserve artworks. We recommend that you purchase any works that may interest you before they get sold.

Q. Do you buy back artworks if I originally purchased them through PM Gallery?
A. No. We do not have services to buy art works, even if it was sold on our website.

Payment & Billing

Q. What is OnePay?
A.OnePay is a secure payment system. With OnePay, you can make a secure purchase without revealing your credit card number or financial information to us. OnePay, accepts credit cards, debit cards and bank account payments.

Q. Do I have to create a OnePay account to pay for a purchase?
A. No, you do not have to create an account. There is an option that allows you to pay without creating an account. See the Purchase step.

Q. Why do I have to pay the import tax?
A.Once we export the artwork directly from Vietnam, the destination country import regulations requires you to pay an import tax. Notification regarding the Import/Consumption tax will be provided by the dispatch company when you receive your purchase.

Q: How secure is my order?
A: We use the latest SSL encryption methods ensuring that your credit card information is transmitted to us in a safe and secure manner.

Q: May I order by phone?
A: We are unable to make phone orders.

Q: What kind of payments are accepted?
A: Basing on OnePay, We accept all major credit-debit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and JCB, VCB connect-24)

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged immediately upon order submission on OnePay system.

Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I order by mail with a money order?
A: We apologize but money orders, personal checks, company checks are NOT accepted.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes! We offer discounts for those planning events.

Please note that shipping charges for volume purchases are actual freight costs, and our standard shipping rates or free shipping offers do not apply to bulk purchases. Please also note that volume discounts are extended to our customers for their personal or professional use. Purchasing from Vietnamart.com.vn in bulk for resale in other shops, including eBay, is not permitted, and all orders are subject to review and may be canceled at our sole discretion.

Q: What currencies are accepted at Vetnamart.com.vn
A: We accept only U.S Dollar. If you would like to know the conversion of the prices into other currencies, we suggest checking your local newspaper or consult an online resource for current exchange rates. The rate you are charged should be close to this rate, though it may not match exactly. Here is a popular on-line currency converter. The exchange rate is determined by your credit card company at the time the order is authorized.

Shipping

Q: How long does it take my orders to arrive?
A: Please allow 1-2 or even 3 weeks in certain parts of the world for your order to arrive for standard shipping. Take the tracking number and refer to the website of carrier to find the status of shipment and estimated delivery time.

Q: What qualifies as a "business day?"
A: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding V. N. holidays. Shipments are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.

Q. How do you ship the artworks?
A. All artworks are packaged with the most professional services available, to minimize the risk of damage during shipping and delivery.

Q. Can you arrange shipping insurance?
A. Normally the insurance is covered by the carrier, however the liability of the carrier (FedEx, DHL or TNT) is limited by Warsaw Convention 1929 (as amended by the Hague protocol 1955). The compensation for lost and/or damage of cargo is limited to US$100 per shipment or US$9.07 per pound (US$20 per kilogram).

The buyer may purchase insurance from us for the full value of your shipment by completing the relevant box on the receipt /quotation &shipping confirmation and paying the indicated charge (01% value of invoice or minimum fee US$15.00) to cover you against all risks of loss and damage (Lloyds’ ICC-Air-clause) during carriage. Insurance does not cover losses of a consequential nature or delays in carriage or where the loss has arisen as a result of your breach of your obligations under terms and conditions of the carrier.

It just be done when customer require and pay for insurance. The insurance policy shall be sent to the buyer by post. In case of total loss or damage occurred the insurance company will take the inspection then reimburse for loss to the buyer.

Q. What if the artwork get damaged during shipping?
A. In the rare case that the artwork gets damaged in the shipment process, contact us immediately or within 3 days after the work reached to your address. We will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work by other with the same artist and the same price or providing a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for work that has arrived damaged if you have not inspect the shipment condition at delivery time and not contacted us within 3 days of receiving your order. We suggest that customer shall inspect the artworks/shipment as soon as possible after receiving it including taking the photos, get signature of dispatch staff/company. Those are true value to require the compensation.

Q. I live in the US. How much will it cost to ship to me?
A. Shipping costs differ among each of the artworks, since the size, volume and weight of each work varies. Exact shipping costs for each artwork are shown on the individual artwork's quotation & shipping confirmation.

Q. I don't live in the US. Can you still send artworks to me?
A. Yes, we can send artworks to countries other than the US. Please contact us and we will estimate the shipping cost for you.

Q. My artwork hasn't arrived yet.
A. We will send you an email when we shipped your artwork with a tracking number. Please check the dispatch company (usually FedEx, TNT or DHL) for the shipping status.

Cancel & Refund

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. All sales are final. We cannot cancel or change your order after the payment has been done

Q. Can I return a work if I don't like it?
A. We do not accept returns on artworks, except in the rare event of unexpected damage to the artwork during shipping. All sales are final, so please decide carefully.

Q. I found a defect on the work I bought. Can I return the artwork and be refunded?
A. Since the works are directly from artists, it is highly unlikely that they would have any defects. If there is a flaw except declared in the condition on works' page please contact us within 3 days after the work reached to your address. We will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work and replace a new work of the same artist with the same price or providing a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for work that has arrived damaged if you have not contacted us within 3 days of receiving your order. We suggest that customers inspect their art work as soon as possible after they receive it.
