We, Phuong Mai Gallery is a provider of services in connection with this services including the purchasing original artworks and paying online though this website and is acting as your appointee in respect of this service the following Term and Condition apply.
We only sell original art works which are signed by original artist. All the painting are provided with Certificate Authenticity made and signed by the artist.
B.1. Before making your order
Please read this term and condition carefully confirming FAO before using this website. By entering this website, and any other site accessible from this site “you “the user accept without limitation the term and conditions, “Term” of Phuong Mai Gallery “we, us, our” set out here in together with any term and conditions set out on any other related site or in connection with any promotion or service within such sites. Please be advised that the purchase should not be simply be for resell to any third party.
B.2. Order Receipt and Processing
All other are subject to these Terms and Conditions and we will attempt only to offer those item and services that are readily available at the time of order but acceptable of order will be subject to availability. All step during the order process are intended to be simple and give you the opportunity to change, amend, delete or correct all or any part of your order requirements.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order information”). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy an art work. All order are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you buy sending you an email confirming the shipping of your order ( the "Quotation & Shipping Confirmation”). The contract with us will only be form when we send you the “Quotation & Shipping Confirmation”. The contract will relate only to those art works whose shipment we have confirmed in the "Quotation & Shipping Confirmation”. We will not be obliged to supply any other art works which may have been part of your order in separate Order information. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the art work is no longer in our store or our third party fulfillment provider’s inventory.
Any specific conditions for acceptance of order, delivery date and grand total will be indicated on the relevant “Quotation & Shipping Confirmation”. On placing an order you authorize us to transmit and update information about you and to obtain from third parties. Other information that will include but not be limited to your address and shipping address. All information and details provided by you must be true, accurate complete and up to date.
B.3. Price of the Art works
All prices stated are in US dollar and are valid unless and until amended by us. Where an inadvertent error arises in any stated price we reserve the right to correct such and will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or proceed at the correct price. The prices in display in only for art work and uninclude relevant charge for delivery, such as, packing, shipping and insurance and the cost of frame.
Prices and availability of art work on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected on occasion, you may be able to place a art work in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but you order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of art work. You acknowledge that art work may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the art work is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received and Order Information without penalty.
On very rate occasions, you may receive a “Quotation & Shipping Confirmation” from us, but art work is no longer available in our or our third party fulfillment provider’s inventory. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the art work you ordered due to unavailability.
We will arrange delivery to any overseas location within the range of our appointed International Carrier such as FedEx, DHL or TNT. If you wish to buy several works at the same time, in some cases, we might be able to send the works together and reduce your shipping cost. We will inform about it in detail in “ Quotation & Shipping Confirmation”.
B.4. Purchase – how to place an order.

Step 1:
In the chosen Individual Art work page, click “ Buy” button on shop it.
Step 2:
The item/ art work that you have chosen shall be listed in form “ List of item selected”. If you want to order more other art work, please click “ continue” button to continue selecting item.
Step 3:
Fill in the necessary fields under Personal Information.
Step 4:
Click “ Order” to send your order to us. An “ Order Information” will automatically send to your email box to confirm your order.
Step 5:
Our customer service shall verify the item you ordered and then send a “ system also attached together.
Step 6:
Select your payment method
If everything is ok and you agree with the grand total cost, click to the link of OnePay enclosed to the “ Quotation & Shipping Confirmation” to proceed your payment.
We recommend printing out a copy or your “Order Information” and “ Quotation & Shipping Confirmation” page for your records.
