We, the gallery's staff, are always here ready to support the customers with all the painting-related issues included: paintings hanging (bases on your living space and feng shui,...) as well as paintings reservation. There are 2 ways for you to get the consultancy:

Direct:

                                             No. 07 Phan Chu Trinh St., Ben Thanh ward, Dist.1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

- At the customer's house or the paintings hanging space (in Ho Chi Minh City).

II. Packaging & Transportation:

- Free packaging.

- Free delivery for the areas within Ho Chi Minh City.

- We also offer you 50% of the delivery cost for the neighboring areas wich are just about 120 km away from Ho Chi Minh City such as Dong Nai province, Long An province,...

III. Warranty & Insurance:

- 1-year free frame warranty (for Ho Chi Minh city areas only): we will have our staffs checking and fixing the frames or book at your place as request.

- Free goods insurance package: In case of shipping by air or sea, we would like to offer a free goods insurance package (according to Hague protocol 1955 - Air clause Insurance).
